She eats grass everyday and she eats her dog food and is pooping regular no signs of worms. She also lost weight.

Maybe she is just getting old. Have you changed her diet recently? Has anything changed in her environment lately? Has she been exercising more? Or been under a lot of stress?
I saw on Animal Plant that dogs eat grass to help ease an upset stomach. (And willow bark is a natural arthritis medicine for dogs)
How much did she weigh, how much has she lost, and how long did it take for her to lose the weight?

Eating grass is a sign of an upset stomach, whether by blockage, nausea, or stress. Examine what you pet eats, what they chew on, what is going on in your house. Animals respond to raised voices and physical violence with personal stress and worry. If none of that is going on, ask your vet about changing the food to something less harsh. Don't change their food to something really rich, like fat and gravy. If it worsens, there could be blockage and pain.
