Where Are Red Panda's Found?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

The Red Panda or  Lesser Panda (also cat bear) is found high
in the Himalayas as well as in the mountainous areas of west
China and north Burma.  It lives in the trees, but comes down to
look for food.  It's diet is mainly nuts, berried and assorted plants.
While the Great Panda looks like a bear, the smaller Red Panda
more resembles a raccoon...which they are both related to.
