    Don't worry, this isn't a disease.
You are feeling run down and lacking in confidence because of your sister's behaviour and this can be put to rights.

You must be very strong and stand up to your sister. She must not be allowed to bully you in this way and take her jealousy out on you.
If you live at home with your parents you have to tell them what is wrong as I'm sure they must have noticed something is wrong here.
You have every right to a job and a future , free from fear of your sister.
Go out and get yourself a job and one that you like, tell her you will no longer tolerate her disruptive behaviour towards you. She knows that she has the power to upset you and it's up to you not to allow her to do this.
It won't be easy to find the courage to do it but you can and with the support of your parents if possible. Other people can only wreck our life if we give them permission to - withdraw that permission now and your sister will realise that you really mean it.
