Organic chocolate is made from organic ingredients. In this chocolate no milk powder is used. Even if it is used, it does not contain any rBGH or recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone, which is an artificial hormone that is given to cows for increased milk production. The process is that organic cocoa is cultivated in small pots under shade. This preserved the critical elements of native tropical forests. It does not get sprayed by any pesticide and uses only natural fertilizer. On the other hand Regular chocolate is made from chemically treated and preserved ingredients like milk powder, sweeteners, chemical fertilizers and even pesticides.
