How To Remove Dents From A Carpet Where A Chair Has Set?

Removing dents from a carpet is quite a simple process. There are two ways that this can be done. You can select whichever technique suits you the best. Just follow the given three steps and your on your way to witnessing the rebirth of your carpet.

Firstly move the chair from its place where it has caused the dent to expose the crushed carpet pile. Then crush some ice cubes and place it over the damaged area. Allow the ice to dry up on the carpet naturally. This will definitely bring your carpet back to life

The other alternate way is also simple. Place a towel or a rag over the carpet area which is dented. Sprinkle in some water over the towel. Then iron over the towel which is over the carpet. This will spring your carpet back to normal. However if it is slightly damp let it dry naturally. Then finally by vacuuming, your carpet will be back as normal.

Heat steam iron to good temperature and then turn it off,place a dish towel on the dent then set it on for the few seconds then repeat the process till the dent is raised to its original shape.
