    We can make two equations from above given data.

    9x + 12 y = 1125

    x+y = 100

    y = 100 - x
    put the value of y in equation 1

    we get

    9x + 12(100-x) = 1125

    9x + 1200 - 12 x = 1125

    3x = 1200-1125

    x= 75 / 3

    x = 25

    y = 100 - 25 = 75

    $9 / pound of coffee beans weighs 25 pounds
    $12 / pound of coffee beans weighs 75 pounds
