    Although public administration and businesses are closely related fields but they have some differences on the basis of objectives and activities of the organizations. The first difference is that public administration is aimed to serve people while businesses are concerned with profits. Secondly, a public administration also wants to improve equality, justice, security, efficiency and effectiveness of the employees but businesses first consider the factors which can make their businesses more profitable. Moreover, public administration is a relatively new multidisciplinary field while a business is not and it has been there for centuries.
