You first need to check whether your sound drivers are installed rightly or not. Try to uninstall the sound driver and then install it again. Check the sound setting of your system. Go to control panel and click on sound and audio devices. Check the sound settings or click on the speaker icon on the right pane of the task bar and enable all the sounds in the volume bar. I hope your system sound starts working!!
