What Is The Definition Of Wholesale Trade?

Hi wholesale trade is selling a lot,a dozen, or hundred pieces not for only one thing I mean not in retail, because they sell to the retailers so they have to sell a lot and with wholesale price too,it's important for the wholesalers sell in the whole as their prices are not the same retailers, so their definition is selling the whole not the same retailers.
