Well, according to my personal opinion the most interesting characteristics in the Tamer lane were his conflicted personality and his sharp memory. He learned Qumran (the Muslim religious scripture) by heart in his childhood and then he never forgot it. He got such a strong memory that he could not only recite from very first page to the last page but he could also recite from the last page to the very first page verse by verse.

Another most astonishing characteristic in him was his love for arts and literature and for those who are scholars of any kind. While on the other hand, he would kill everyone who has fought against him or even if there are children in the city. Yet he was famous for his bravery in the battlefield. He had the ability to use swords in his both hands. He could show his skills with the swords in his both hands in the battlefield.

He was not only mentally strong but he was also very strong physically during his entire life. He never showed cowardly behavior in the battlefield. He was a very active army general. On the other hand he was also very cruel. He loved to see the blood running from someone's throat. So you can guess how much conflict a man can find in himself.
