There are no medication that you can give at home if your dog is not holding anything down.  The dog will vomit up any medications you try to give.  Your dog needs to be examined by a veterinarian to determine the cause of vomiting and start appropriate treatment--fluid therapy, injectable anti-nausea/anti-vomiting medications.
At this point pick up food and water for at least 12 hours to settle the stomach.  Water can be reintroduced in small amounts after 12 hours if there has been no vomiting.  If vomiting continues this dogs needs to be seen by a veterinarian immediately.
