Restarting problem comes due to hardware or software problem.
Go to BIOS SET UP, If your computer restart in BIOS Mode, that means this is the problem with your hardware. Check SMPS (power supply) and RAM and Mother board.
If windows operating system comes and then restart your computer that means this is the problem with windows or software problem. You need to repair or format, windows operating system.
