How Fast Can A Python Move?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

I'm not sure what species of python you are referring to exactly, but If you're speaking of the largest python, the Burmese Python, they can move at a rate of about 1 mph on land.  They can swim at a faster rate, but not by much.  Sorry...  The hoopla and hype of horror flicks do much to distort the truth.  The reality is never as exciting.
