My godsister got hacked for the second time and she cant get account back and she wants my help and she was on it on april 7th then she got hacked on the 8th and tried to ask the person for it but the person never got on so now i dont know what to do next

Dude, I got hacked! And I got my account back. But, When she hacked me, she changed my meez. So, when I change it back. It stays how I made it then like 10 minutes later, it goes back to how she had it. I'm gonna lose it!
