    Malicious compliance is generally used as a phrase to show or depict one's behaviour that on purpose inflicts harm, by simply following the orders given by the management. This is also an outward appearance of incapacitate to harm one's leadership. It is defined as: The management gives flawed or partial instructions without knowing the penalty.

    The secondary has acquaintance of something damaging to the occupation based on the instructions given that the management does not know. The secondary severely follows the instructions given to root the loss. In the business world malicious compliance is better known as work-to-rule.

    malicious compliance is also used in reverse. Management uses it against subordinates. See "Bullying isn't illegal" statements made by HR to an employee who is complaining about harassment.
