I wouldn't feed her soft food for a while if that's what you've been feeding her. Also give her a couple more days to get over it, and make sure that she has plenty of fresh water all the time.

It just happens that they have it once in a while for what appears to be no reason. Other times, she might have a slight cold, if this is the case, then you have to keep an eye on her to make sure that she doesn't get any worse.
