Black Outlines Everywhere My Mouse Goes?
Everything my mouse touches suddenly has a black outline around it - this just started 2 days ago.

What kind of computer?, operating system [o\s] windows_98, me,xp?
Gointo CONTROL PANEL, mouse icon, see if you have something checked that's special that should not be checked.
The mouse program has a special section that you can pull up special type "hour glass", "thick pointer", "long tail","thick or thin" "fast or slow" blinking couser, any of that stuff will effect
2) change with a known working video card, or replace your video card
