What Is The Difference Between Invoice And Confirmation Of Order?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

An Invoice is a proof of service completed with the showing amounts on it.

Confirmation of Order could be regarded in two ways:

    1. Agreement : Most European firms use order and confirmation of order system to sign contracts.
    2. Commercial Aspect: Confirmation of order or payment requests are only the proof for accepting a duty or service for a specific cost.

It is very critical to distinguish both at countries where all invoices and tax responsibilities are governed by a Ministry.
