Sean Connery and Roger Moore have both played 007 a total of 7 times each, but as one of Sean Connery's portrayals was in NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN which was a spoof remake of Thunderball (in which he'd also played JB) and not part of the official series made by Eon Productions, in my opinion the honour goes to ROGER MOORE.
