How Much Does A House In My Street Cost?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

Since you haven't specified the exact location  where you are staying, the exact information about a house in your street cannot be provided. However, if you are living in a busy industrial area or in an area which is highly developed having basic amenities, shopping malls, schools, etc; the cost of living of that area would be high. As many would be interested in buying a house in such areas, depending upon the infrastructure the cost of these houses can be very high.

Buying a house in areas of high demand may be difficult, since many people will have already invested in apartments and plots. The price rate of houses can be low in areas which are deprived of those facilities found in developed areas. The other reason may be that these areas may be under construction. In other words, an apartment which is being built commands a lesser value than a fully furnished apartment. Even a region located in a village may turn out to be costly as the beautiful location may attract many people to migrate to such areas. To know the value of the apartment you are living in, find out the real-estate rates of the buildings in your area. You can also contact your local realtor for more information.
