Is It True That If You Freeze A Wet Phone It Will Work Perfectly When It Dries?

No it does not work

This is actually idiotic to think that would work. After the water freezes and you pull the phone out of the freezer, the ice is going to melt right back into water.... Then you are right back where you started. The best thing to do when you drop your phone in water, is to pull it out right away and take it apart (like the battery and if you have a sim card) then take a blow dryer to it and try to dry it out. I dropped my phone in a toilet once and did that and it worked fine after that.
