What Is The Safest Semi-permanent Dye Brand?
I have blonde hair, and i want to dye it black. However, i am concerned about the health issues regarding semi-permanant dyes. 'Manic Panic' hair dye is supposedly all-natural - does this make it safer? Is there a brand of semi-permanant dye that is 'safer' than others?

Can't recommend which is the safest brand, but since you have blonde hair, you can run into trouble with the black hair dyes. You would need to know what the base color is in order to keep from getting a greenish cast to your hair.
You will also need to know how to do a retouch when your hair grows out which will be about every 4 weeks.
