The latin prefix "harmon" means "fitting together, joining, agreement, proportion, concord, musical harmony".

This is where harmony, harmonious, harmonize, etc all come from.

Of course there is no actual direct translation of the single word "harmony" from englsh to latin. The english term "harmony" is related to the latin "harmos", meaning "joint". It is also
etymologically connected to "arm" from Greek arthron. "a
      joint" and Latin armus, "shoulder".
