Can I Break A Lease If I Relocate A Job?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

Sometimes.  You will need to read over the fine print in your contract.  If you have a good relationship with the office personnel or your landlord, I would definitely discuss it with them ... And the sooner the better.

Leases exist to protect the renter from getting screwed out of money... And so they know it is income and not 'if-come'.... Meaning, he plans on you owing him that money every month until said date.

Talk to him and see.  Soon.
