What Are The Techniques Of Photography?

Answer Question

There are a few things that you need to constantly look for, but it all depends on what kind of photograph you are taking. There are t he still images, there are the life natural images. If you are taking a still picture (where the person is aware of you taking the picture) you check for lighting, if you want it bright, shadowed, it's the image you want to grasp, and with a photo where the person isn't aware of the animal isn't aware it's called a quick snapshot, catch them at the most perfect time. The lighting and the sadowing doesn't matter, it's in its most natural state. When you are doing wall potraits you want the right background with the right color of clothes, if they are wearing reds, go with a black background, if they are wearing pastels, go with a white or light colored, or multi pastel background. If they are wearing black or dark blue, go with a grey background, and grey settings. You want to avoid clashing of colors.

Many libraries have DVD's as well as books on photography.  You will gain a working knowledge and enjoy it if you spend some time reading and watching what others are doing well.  There are really no shortcuts.  It is a matter of practice, trial and observing.  Having a friend that is knowledgeable is also a good way to get a real helpful start in a field that you can go as far as you want to in.
