As tubal litigation is a complex process so its sometimes unlikely to get pregnant. But there are different kind of tubal litigations and some of them can be reversed. So you should consult a doctor to ask about the risk as it varies from person to person

It seems that you've had your tubes tied for quite a long time now. If i still remember my biology lesson correctly, the chances of you getting pregnant may be very slim even if you reverse the process. This is because there is a possibility that your own antibodies might not recognize the ovums that you produced and thus will attack and destroy the ovum produced by your body. However, i would recommend you to go and meet up with more experienced people in the field, namely a gynecologists, and address your concern to him/ her.
