Can A Long Distance Relationship Be Successful?

Answer Question

I'm not sure, I've seen them work, I've seen them fall apart.  However, I do believe that when you find someone with whom you wish to spend the rest of your life, when you find someone who through thick and thin, you want to be with, and you happen to get separated by distance, you should do everything you can to close that distance because life is just too short to be miserable.

Sometimes that's not possible, but you have to do what you can.  IF you can write, write, call as many times, don't get used to being separated, if you get used to it, you will falter, you will get used to being without each other and that's trouble because like a wound, you will heal over the problem, covering the wound, knitting new skin and being stronger but with a scar.

Yes, it certainly can, and I speak from experience. The main thing is TRUST, if you have any doubt about them and don't trust them then IMO it won't work. Oh and you also need to keep jealousy in check.
