What Do I Do? My System Kips Restarting After I Browsed On It Yesterday And All Attempts To Put It On As Bin Futile,it Kips Restarting After Like 5mins, Is There Any Possible Option For Solving Without Formatting.

Sounds like you have a virus or downloaded a garbaage file. Try finding a- ( ccleaner.com) - and running it after you download it.

There is so much malicious crap out there. You definitely need a program that can clean your computer up. You can try Spyzooka. It worked wonders for my PC.
