My DX4000 Printer Is Saying All Four Of My New Ink Cartridges Are Empty, Any Help?
I have a DX4000 (Epson all in one). I purchased brand new ink cartridges for the printer after the previous had run dry. I installed all four of them, but still the printer is telling me that all four of the cartridges are empty. Thank you. --Matthew--

Thanks for the help. I tried that first thing, but it makes no difference. Epson suggested that i use original ink, and see if that works.
