Normally you can hook it up to the computer then click on the ipod and it will unlock automatically thats how I do mine. HOPE THIS HELPS!

You need to go to itunes or the apple website and acces your acct or if you connect it to your comp and itunes you may able to unlock it manually from the itunes website/download portion of itunes. It may also give an option to reset the passcode or make a brand new one.

You have to plug it into the computer and then click restore and it will erase everything on your ipod. But then you can put everything back on by syncing it on your computer

Plug it in to ur computer, click the button that says restore,click the button that says back up your files then click the restore button

I think you plug it into the computer and click the restore button on the bottom of the right hand corner

Plug it in then click on my computer after that press tools and then click view then press show hidden items then a folder click say ipod control and u open it afta that u click c a file that says locked delete it then ur good to go hope i helped
