What Are The Rights And Responsibilities Of A Guarantor For Tenancy?
My partner and i are trying to get a tenancy for a flat together. My partner will need a guarantor to cover him. Is it viable that i can do it? If so, what are my legal responsibilities and would i be able to terminate the contract if we were to split up?
