I assume you mean ginkgo biloba. This is a type of tree that has leaves that contain flavonoid and terpenoids. It is commonly found in a vitamin and is taken to enhance memory and mental stamina. It can also be used as an anti-vertigo agent. It can have some bad side effects for people who are taking antidepressants or have circulation disorders.

It has no scientifically proven benefits. It has not been proven to improve memory and mental stamina and clarity in a large group of test subjects, the evidence is testimonial at this point. And the side effects could be bad if you take other medications as already stated. Do research on it and make sure you find a reliable company that sells it if you do decide to give it a go.
