This Question Is Answered:
In California When Does A Landlord Have To Use A 60 Day Notice?
I have a tenant who has lived in my apt. For approx. 5 years, but for the last 4 months has decided not to pay rent. I served them with a 3 day notice, then a 30 day notice, and was just wondering if i had to serve them with a 60 day notice or not?

You can give 60 days notice whenever you have contracted with any other person to sell the house, otherwise 60 days notice cannot be issued. You can have any other notice or you should have an agreement with any other person ,at least 1 year agreement , to give him 60 days notice.
