Its been 10 in a half hours ago and still the bag is still there and there is no puppies yet. What could help her?

Depends how long it's been hanging out? Usually the first puppy takes a while, but if you are seeing the sac... Should have been coming soon. Maybe stuck... Remember, it's free to call the vet and ask questions. (I didn't mean that in a cocky way.)
