All therapists that perform this procedure have to complete a training course and will have a certificate. If there is no certificate showing anywhere around the salon, you have a right to ask to see it.

As this treatment is so new, it may not be readily available at all salons so it is worth asking around first and doing your research. The procedure itself should not cause you any pain as long as you follow all instructions which they tell you.
