Losing your temper at the workplace on your co-workers is a very bad thing for both you and your relationships. It would yield no results that would benefit you in any manner. On the other hand it may often cause irreparable damages such as a broken friendship that had spanned several years or the chance to build a good relationship with a colleague.
Thus it is necessary to tackle anger and deal with it effectively at the workplace. The best way is to accept that things wouldn't always work out to your convenience and thus allow for some disappointments. Secondly recognize that others too have their own problems and limitations and thus realize that getting angry is not a solution to anything. Pre plan your duties and recheck them with your co-workers so that there are not many chances for you to lose your temper. In case you lost it immediately apologise for it and make up as soon as possible to stop further problems and damages.
