I Have A Newborn Shih Tzu Puppy About 2 Weeks Old, And There Is Clear Runny Fluids Coming Out Of His Nose. What Should Be Done?

Why is there fluid coming out of new born shih tzu puppy. The puppy is approx. 2 weeks old. I just noticed this today.

I'm assuming he's still with his mother... Right?
Unless it's really a lot... Or he seems to be having trouble breathing or eating, it's probably nothing to worry about... Some clear watery discharge is normal.
