Hi, as far as I know no. Your child support will be based solely on your income. Not your wife's, she would only pay if she was the Mother of the child or children. Take care!

Your new wife will not have to pay but if your ex took you back to court to adjust the payments and you file taxes jointly with your new wife, it may be difficult to determine your annual income (what the base for the support should come from). The judge would have to rule and what it should be, then make a determination.
I would keep my ducks in close line, if you know what I mean, so that if/when you have it evaluated, you can show what your income is along with what deductions are truly yours and how much it has changed since the decree was initiated
