It sounds like your front end may need an alignment or that your breaks may be worn. Have the breaks checked and the front end alignment checked.yocould also have worn lower ball joints or bad struts/shocks wich ever one your truck uses.

More than likely your rotors are warped. This happens when your rotors are heated and cooled rapidly, usually in frequent repeated succession. New rotors should resolve your problem.
