I Was Wondering Why Some Of The Time My Urine Is Yellow And At Other Times It Is Crystal Clear?
When i go to the bathroom sometime you can't even tell that I urinated Why is that?

The color of the urine is basically an indicator of water intake in normal conditions. If your intake of water in a particular day is up to the required standard of 8-10 glasses, the color of your urine will be clear. However, when your intake of water is less than the required standard or is affected by sweating in summers, the color of the urine will be towards the yellowish side.

There are many reasons for urine to be darker, it could be from dehydration, medications, hyperglycemia, decreased kidney output, and various other reasons. When the urine is clear it usually means that the body is hydrated and impurities that are filtered thru the kidneys are at a minimum.

Sometimes certain foods we eat will make the urine darker , like green leafy vegetables ect. Even our vitamins can do that .
