The mixed connective tissue disease is an autoimmune disorder and causes three other disease like lupus, polymyositis and scleroderma. The MCTD is not directly related with hair lose but indirectly can cause. There are many other causes of hair loss so you can not attribute this problem to MCTD 100%. F or more details visit MTCD.
