Does A Green Pepper Have Any Vitamin K Content? If So, Low, Medium, Or High?
I know someone taking coumadin and they need to watch their vitamin k content. Could you email me with all vegetables that contain any vitamin k content?

Food stuffs that have considerable amount of Vitamin K in them are beef liver, green tea, turnip greens, broccoli, kale, spinach, cabbage, asparagus, dark green lettuce.
A cup of diced green pepper has only 11 micrograms (mcg) of Vitamin K and this would be generally be considered low enough to be safe if you are restricting Vitamin K in your diet.
