Mesh - all systems have independent connections to each other. It uses a lot of wires and is expensive.

Bus - all systems are connected by a single cable. It is cheap and is useful for few systems. Systems are not effected if one of them fails. Huge data can't be transferred to all system at a time

ring - one system is connected to another in a ring form. Adding pc is difficult and if a system fails, the entire network is down

star - all systems are connected to one system. Is is very fast as each pc has dedicated bandwidth. If the main system fails, the entire network is down

ethernet is the type of plug connection used to connect pc to routers and switches, etc. It is a networking port.

token ring is same as ring

wireless - no wires are used. Data transfer is slower than wired. Good for laptops and other small movable devices. Network can be hacked if it isn't configured properly.

FIDDI - not idea what it is. Sorry
