    Discharge instructions are the instructions that are given to any person in the hospital when the patient is fit and does not need to be under strict observation in the hospital of his/her activities. It is usually indicates that the person can now be take back home and can live and work normally.

    The person can get back to his/her normal living and can carry on his/her activities on a normal basis. The discharge instruction gives a feeling of ease to the patient. The resulting thought and procedure of the discharge instruction gives the patient a feeling of being fit and fine.
