When a person enrols for a master's degree program in business administration (which is abbreviated as an MBA), he or she basically studies hard as it is a very demanding course. In the short-term, he or she is focused on scoring good grades in all the subjects in order to secure a high aggregate in the final MBA examination.
While he or she is preparing for the MBA degree, the student has to make a decision about specialising in marketing management, financial management, human resources management or systems management. All these are key functions of management and specialists are required to perform each of these functions.
In the long-term, each MBA student either aspires to get a placement in an organisation and earn a good salary package and perquisites or go abroad to seek employment.
