    How Do I Sign My House Over To The Co-signer On My Mortgage?

    I live in PA, and am looking to move. The person I share the house with (co-signer) would like to be the primary owner of the house! I wouldn't be looking for any money for the home, just would like to get my name off the mortgage. How would I go about that?

    You need to sign the paper making the other person the owner of the house from the local authorities. You need to take someone else as a witness and just transfer the ownership papers.
