    Pork ribs can be used to make some very delicious dishes but one common complaint is that they are not tender enough. Hard ribs can spoil the entire dish and render your entire efforts worthless. It is not so hard to tenderize pork ribs once you know the right tricks. There are several economical and effective tips that can be used to make the pork ribs tender. I am giving you some such tips that you can use to improve your cooking and make it better.

    The first method is to trying beating the meat with a meat tack hammer. This act would serve to soften the fibres and help in tenderizing the meat. Another method is to take equal measures of salad oil and lemon juice and rub it on the meat after cutting it into thin pieces. Keep it for atleast thirty minutes but for the best results leave it overnight. Dipping the meat in buttermilk and refrigerating it for a night is also a great method to tenderize pork ribs.
