Well my daughter took a babysitting job for the summer watching our neighbors children and they still owe her $360.00 and they refuse to pay her.

If this daughter has a father then just tell him. he knows what to do its programmed into men when they have daughters... if not find an uncle or grand father to do the same... if none are possible take them to small claims court on her behalf and write letters to your local news papers check with the daughter about the facts of the deal too... depending on her age there could be confusion with reality
