First of all hold the ball in the hand in such a manner so that the hand with which you write is holding it while the other hand is placed on the opposite side of the ball. Then hold the ball in the same position but place it in the air right in front of your head. Now jump up while you are still holding the ball in the aforementioned position. Remember to jump straight. Now you should let go the ball with your writing hand by flicking it in the air while the other hand still remains in the same position.
