Is This A Serious Problem, And Should My Cat Be Taken To The Vet?
My cat came in from out side and i noticed pinkish goop coming out of his eye, i then noticed the small but open gash on his head above the eye. He also has a cut on his stomach. He doesn't seem to be in pain but should he be taken to the vet immediately?

Pinkish goop sounds like pus mixed with blood, in other words there is infection in or near his eye. If you don't want him to lose the sight in that eye, I think a trip to the vet is a good idea. Meanwhile wash the eye with warm water in which you have dissolved a pinch of table salt.
